Ok D4L1 DONE!! Legs still hurt not as bad though.. ribs are better. Don't feel as satisfied doing it at night. Will have to get up early in the morning and do it BEFORE work. Off subject.... anyone have Chalean Extreme? If so and you haven't started....wanna start on Monday?? Let me know

I battled this this past school year.... Get a shower cap, olive oil, and a gallon of white vinegar. Soak her head in the olive oil...comb it through REAL good.... cover it with a shower cap and sleep on it over night. In the morning throw her in the tub and pour the vinegar all over her hair scrubbing as you go. Then wash…

Take a regular box of brownie mix make it with diet coke or diet cherry coke.. diet dr pepper ... anything you have. Its pretty good

Years of working odd hours and not eating right landed me back at nearly 200 lbs at the beginning of the year.I found this site and have lost 20+ of it now.
