  • I Never do the whole thing or even half way thru. I just do 1 segment a day added to cardio. I am telling you...that is all you need. It s 11min. total with warm up. Then add 1 or 2miles of cardio. 15-30min.

Just use fruit for your sugar...then slowly add 2 pieces of dark chocolate to your day for a week. Then once you can handle that lititle bit...then let yourself have a brownie one day on a cheat day.   • Saw a episode on Dr. Oz...he said it is true. He said that everyone has different taste buds, and some of us react different to sugar and salt.   • i agree....1 time a day...maybe in the morning when you first wake up. Same day every week, and weigh in your least amount of clothing for best results. I usually do bra and underwear everytime.
