My Plans For Losing Weight in 2016: I plan on doing a lot of strength exercises and committing to going to the gym for a minimum of 3 days a week. Also, I will commit to changing my diet to be as paleo friendly as I can get it. I also want to run my first 5k this year.

Hi! I am Marcy and I am a 25 year old from the NYC area. I am really working to lose weight and get more healthy so that I can run a half marathon this year or at least try to. I'm currently still job hunting but am hoping to be working as a teacher or with the government in some capacity by this fall.
