Iv not had a good couple of weeks last week I put on half a pound and this week I don't feel is much better, im hoping that I can change this so its not to much weight gain but I really feel its going to be a gain again.

Im really happy with what im doing this month normaly I would have messed up by now but I have kept to it and even had my treats as well, This year is my new start and im determind to get this weight off.

Im back on it have been since Thursday now so the 2nd of jan im very much in this year as me and my OH are going to try for a baby at the end of the year so I need to loose a hell of a lot of weight and like others seeing it down on a spread sheet really helped me.

It really is fantastic to see people that have lost so much weight, have you lost slowly or got right into exercise and low cal food, I want to try and take my weight loss a little slowly as every time I have done it before I have gone for fad diets lost if fast and gained it all back again and I really don't want to do it…

Thanks everyone its so nice to know that there are other people on the same weight loss path as me, seems so hard as im the biggest of my friends so while there all loosing 10/15/20lbs iv got so much more to go.

Thats a fantastic loss slow and steady is always the best, you have a better chance of keeping it off the slower you do it.

I have never heard somthing so stupid in my life what is it with people falling for these fad diets, everyone knows that eating fatty foods and sitting on your bum is the best way to loose weight. lol

Zumba is fantastic I burn about 870 calories in a 60 min class I am a bigger girl so will burn more but its such a good workout.

Somtimes it does take a couple of weeks to see any loss at all, Keep going if you carry on with the food and exercise you will see results.

Realy no way haha, and ye we seem to be going well with logging this month, and the weight loss will stop got so many partys coming up its not going to last

Love shrimp cocktail lol, and thanks everyone gives me loads of ideas, I know this is a lifestyle change for me and partys happen so need to know how to handle it, Suppose its my own falt for starting so near christmas haha. I thought if I can loose weight now I can do it any time of the year.

Its a home style Buffet, they have hired a hall and are doing there own food so I realy dont know whats going to be on till I get there im hoping there will be some salad at leste I can fill up on that. But Im realy not clued up on low calorie buffet food.

My health had been geting worse then one day when walking the kids to school I couldnt breath very well, I have athma and this just made me so sad that even after a 10 min walk I was so unhealthy.
