  • Thanks Ceci well altogether I put on 14lb im back off holiday and went right back to class my first weigh in is on wednesday and so far since wednesday iv lost 8lb so im happy with that.
  • Thank you, Gained again this week but im back on plan now 100% going to be tough as im on holiday in Ireland next week but im going to try my best. Im taking it a day at a time at the moment ill get there again.

  • Thank you, Managed to loose 8 of the 10lb I put on so back on plan now determind to get down to about to 13st/ 182lb so thats a 4st/56lb loss. Do you think thats doable.

  • Thanks Ceci I want to be under 240 this month, I lost 6,5lb this week it has been a good week and iv got my sons birthday this weekend so think i may have a gain but im so happy with what im doing, Iv not been this weight in over 8 years iv never stuck to anything this long so thanks ladies and the gents out there as well…

  • Hey Guinevere well done i love my fitbit to bits have it on all the time not quite got to 10,000 today been ill. And im sure 3-4lb is doable.
  • Right iv gone and put our group on one of the motivation boards so fingers crossed we will get a few more people, May be we should delete the other people on the spread sheet who arnt involved this month, Does anyone know how to do the spread sheet as im rubbish at these things lol.
  • Ye its such a shame isnt it, I wonder if there is any way to pomote the group on the threads would be fab to get more people involved. Wow week 16 thats amazing im hoping to join a gym at the start of next month when it opens cant wait to get going with a little bit more exercise.

Im giving myself a BIG kick up the bum and starting again iv put on 7lb so need to shift that and some I was hoping to have lost a couple of stone by now but my depression has come back so went right back to comfort eating again but on new meds so hoping they kick in soon and june…
  • I had a pants month last month and seemed to be loosing and gaining the same 4/5lb it was very annoying I couldn't get past the 20st mark. Well I rejoined slimming world a couple of weeks ago and have lost 6lb since then. My goal is to loose 8lb this month im taking the slow and steady route as this works best for me.

  • Hi guys my goal is 8lb this month iv had a hard few weeks with my depression and when im on a downer I just eat its hard to get out of but im not giving up im going to keep cracking on and trying the best I can. Well done to everyone for feb and lets hope march is just as good.
  • Well done that's fantastic I didn't make my goal this month had a bad month but I only missed it by 1lb so im not to upset with that. hoping to get back on it next month.
  • Done pants gained 4lb then went on a downward spiral, I suffer with depression so that doesn't help the situation when im on a low day I just eat sooo, im back on it today I wont get to my goal as id gained but im happy that iv lost at all this month.
