Upper body strength started to improve within a week. About 3 weeks for muscles to start to feel harder. I need to lose the fat now so I can show them off

They told their parents about my underpants before the news of sitting in a fire truck, seeing the lights, wearing the suits. It was a great day. So glad I passed on the thong underwear this morning and went with a little more coverage !

Keep an eye on Craigslist or kijiji or garage sales. People are always selling weights for cheap!

That is really sad. My class is super helpful. We laugh together and cheer on the person who just did their first headstand etc. every newcomer is introduced to those around them. My first day I was nervous by the end I knew I was coming back for more. I wish people didn't have to suck and ruin it for others :angry:

This It's easy to have your form wrong and a class will help that. Everyone in yoga is concentrating on their poses. Don't worry about what you look like. Everyone starts some where. You can still do the pose maybe just not as deep at first but a couple of classes in you will notice an improvement.

I sorta do cardio. I like to hike along the river or bike ride with my son but an actual cardio workout nope to boring for me :)

Both. Weights and yoga at the gym. But at home I do some stuff too. Right now it's working on doing a proper push up without embarrassing myself. No cardio at the gym. I prefer to go for a bike ride or hike with the family or dog.

Glad I'm not the only one that is terrible at push ups, I"ve gotten a little better through doing yoga, its building up my strength but I still have a ways to go.

When we are camping I do so much hiking and biking that I"m ok with a few snacks, I always find it hard to get enough veggies in though. Side dishes tend to lean towards deli salads. I try to make my own versions of them and make broccoli salad or quinoa salad loaded with veggies as side dishes with non mayo dressings.

I switched to carbonated water in October and I don't miss pop at all, in fact I drank some at a party and couldn't even finish half a small glass, it tasted to me like drinking syrup. My husband and son have also switched and they aren't missing it either.

I am really hoping to loose some boobs, I was doing a plow pose in yoga and my boobs nearly suffocated me, and thats with them corralled in 2 bras. I have some big boobs!

I have an odd daily schedule. Work mornings coach football in the evenings with my husband for my sons team. I always workout at 1 or 2 pm and by how empty my gym is at that time I can say I am in the minority.

I prefer alone. I some times go with my best friend but usually for a yoga class.

I'm getting better at it. I've found myself logging individual ingredients (yogurt ,strawberries ,flax) instead of the finished product(smoothie) and it helps me be more accurate.
