Thank you for this. <3 I did get some really nice shoes over Christmas, but I still had the issue, which I honestly have felt may have been more due to how I run/jog. I am flat-footed, so I think that may be an issue as well.

He pretty much eats nothing but Atkins bars. It is ridiculous honestly. I am totally happy and all for him that he lost the weight and maintains it, but it just seems so damn unhealthy.

I am not, but I wanted to say keep at it and don't let some people be jerks to you. If it works for you, then I say do it! My brother lost over 60lbs on Atkins and is maintaining just fine and still sticking to it. Once you hit your goal, you can adjust your diet a little to maintain.

I am going to have to join the March Challenge! I just got myself a bike a few days ago and got a cart to pull my son (2yr) in! Even though I haven't ridden a bike in over 10 years, just in the past 2 days I have done 6.2 miles! My son loves it and I do too! :D

Almond milk, usually unsweetened vanilla. I cannot stomach cow milk. Plus, almond milk is SO much better for you and healthier. Even if I could stomach cow milk, I would never go back to it. I love the way almond milk taste. <3

Hi! I am 26 and have close to 100 overall to lose. I lost about 16 lbs last year, looking to lose more this year. I not losing it as fast as some, but I am trying to make a life change so I can lose it and forever keep it off vs a change long enough to lose the weight. I am on everyday. :)

Thankfully nothing really other than female issues. Since I have been losing weight since last year, for the first time in my life, my monthly cycle is *almost* normal and actually MONTHLY! Not too thrilled about it, but meh, my weight was a factor for sure.

I am working on a 5k right now. I have had shin splints in the past and I have them as well now. New shoes helped me a bit, but I found that taping my legs up BEFORE running has helped and rubbing them down with icy-hot afterwards helps. But it usually comes from doing too much too soon. This gives me hope. I am actually bothered more by my arm fat than any other fat on my body other than my face. I hate how flabby my upper arms are. :(

Hi! :) Yeah, once I hit that plateau I just kinda lost what motivation I had; but not gaining any weight has made me realized I have made some progress. Though I was bad today and ate more pizza than I should have. :(
