Horseback Riding
Is there an app (free) for iOS that tracks horseback riding? My own searches haven't gotten me far. I know with Runkeeper you can track an "Other", but I would prefer to actually track something that understands more what I am doing. Thanks in advance! :)

Meniscus Tear?
Hope this is the right spot. So my right knee has popped since I can remember. But the past few months it started to actually grind. It has gotten worse over the last week or so and today after doing some basic squats, I think it was the "f-you all". My knee is in quite a bit of pain now and pretty sure my meniscus finally…

NSV! Ran 1 mile, non-stop!!
Today, I ran a mile without stopping in 12:20!! I am so ecstatic because thinking back to last year, I struggled to do a mile in 30. Then it was 20. Then for a long time, 18. I feel so great after my runs and the fact that I can hold a run longer and longer is just awesome! :D I haven't felt so positive and just overall…

Women who have loss the arm flab!
So, one of my biggest worries overall is losing this arm fat/flab I have. I hate my upper arms and how big they are. I think it bothers me almost more than fat anywhere else on my body. :( So I would LOVE to see some Before/After photos of women that have successfully shrunk that arm flab! :)

Failing :(
First off, let me start by saying I have Avoidant Personality Disorder, so I am not using this as an excuse, but it really has messed with me mentally and is a big part why I have struggled for so long on losing weight. I have always struggled with low self-esteem, beating myself up mentally, etc. I joined MFP last year…

I need friends! D:
Alright, so I have been on MFP for almost a year. I hit a plateau back in July and haven't really moved much since. But this year, I am GOING to do it! I am planning to do the ColorRun 5k in April and probably again a few months after that. I don't really track calories on here, but more of just try to make wise choices…

Back and Restarting
So I originally joined March of this year. I was doing really well then around June/July kinda leveled out and my weight hasn't moved either way since. I am hovering around 224 lbs now and still want to lose a lot more. (My personal goal is 160.) I decided to get back into it and find a way to get over this plateau. Just a…

My Progress So Far - 60 Days
So, I started this journey of mine; this lifestyle change 60 days ago as of today. When I started, only 2 weeks in I almost gave up but I didn't. I kept going and I am so glad I did. I took a picture today and compared it to when I started. I have to say, I am beyond thrilled with where I am going, how much better I am…

I don't see a difference...
...and quite frankly, it is putting me in a pretty down mood. According to measurements, I have lost anywhere from 1/2 - 1" from a few places, but to me, I look even fatter and I am starting to doubt my original measurements. I have had 0 lbs lost since February 22, 2013, when I began this. I have been doing 30 DS everyday…

Self-sabotage
Okay, so I have officially been on MFP since Feb. 22, 2013. So just over a month now. I have my calories set to the IPOARM and I have been doing 30DS everyday for the past 12 days. (Took one day off since I started.) Now, there is a good chance I could have got my starting weight wrong. I found out later on that my floor…

7 Practices That Aren't As Healthy As You Thought
Was checking the weather at Weather.com and saw this article, so I clicked it. The first one had me going, "wait, what!?" o.O "MYTH: Small Tweaks Pay BIG Dividends Reality: The human body easily adapts to changes, so the study suggests small steps to cut calories doesn't have the same effect over time." Am I reading that…

After you meet your goal?
So, I have a question for those of you who have met your goal. What do you do to motivate you to keep it up and never go back? I think my biggest fear is giving up or falling back into the deep fatty hole I was in before starting this journey. I have told myself that when I start to see results, I am going to make a…
