Starting weight- 229 Goal weight- 215 (this seems a bit aggressive but I'm carrying a lot of water weight from a few too many nights out lately!) Self challenge- actually complete the 30 day shred program for once, beat my first 5k time at the zombie run on the 21st and actually log in everyday and continue to do so.
