  • any kind of fruit nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews mixed together, but only small handful at a time (use snack size ziploc bag to help) Greek yogurt with frozen berries cucumbers and grape tomatoes twice a week reward yourself with dark chocolate covered almonds (again, only a few)

  • Been there done that. Lost 40, gained 50. Lost 50, gained 70. This time, I've lost 70 (trying for 100), and am determined to never gain it back again. It's been off for a year now, but I've hit one heck of a plateau.
