Week # 4: January 20th - January 26th- Goal: 600 minutes/ Actual: 150 Mon: 65 minutes cycling, 25 yoga Tue: 60 minutes cycling Wed: Thur: Fri: Sat: Sun: Total / min left: 150/600 (25% complete!!!! :wink: ) I haven't ever had this much success before!
