I have had the chance to read the book. It was a great read. Been a few years since, but I do remember it because my friend was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and the or doctor suggested that we read it.

I tried Turkey curry and think I might need to modify the recipe or find a new one. It was disgusting. I don't like my greens wilted and that I think was the main reason I didn't like it. As far as this up comming week I am thinking a chicken Apple hash for breakfast or lunch.

Use different colored markers or stickers or glitter pens. Sounds silly but it makes it fun and colorful. Same as the food we should be eating, filled with color.

Losing weight is hard. It has taken me 5 years to get to where I am at now. I was 225 lb at my heaviest at 5'2". With hard work and motivation I am now at 173lb and still losing. Stress was one of the biggest factors to me eating my emotions. I have epilepsy and the medicine i was taking for a while played a part in my…

Balsamic chicken salad. Cook the chicken in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and minced garlic. Let cool. Prep your salad and garnish with the chicken and a dressing of your choosing.

Did a Balsamic chicken over a green salad with bell pepper, cucumber and homemade ranch (gluten free and lactose free). Cook the tenders or breasts (which ever you like) in olive oil, 1 Tbls balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbls minced garlic. Let cool. While the chicken is cooling, prep your salad greens. Top the salad with the…

Stess and time are big ones for me. But I have found ways to manage my stress so that I am not eating my emotions. Finding the time to meal prep or lack a lunch is hard, I have found my groove. With the help of my boyfriend we sit down on a Friday or Saturday to figure out the next week's meals and a shopping list.

One of the definitions of "clean eating" is making simple, no processed meals. Using simple and fresh ingredients. My rule of thumb is if I read the ingredients and I either cannot pronounce something or know what it is, it does not go into my body.

I want to drop the weight to avoid any possible health risks. I don't know my biological family's medical history, so I don't want to take any risks.

I will try my best.

My professor had a rule to celebrate all milestones no matter what size. Celebrate!!!!

I have lost 2 lb. Which is amazing since I cannot exercise because of my two torn ligaments in my foot. My clean earring and change to a Paleo lifestyle has helped a lot. I turned down candy three different times and have sworn off soda. Good much to everyone!!

Add me!!! I started at 225ish 4 years ago, am at 178lb now and that has been my weight for about 4 months. I'm ready to start losing that weight again. Exercise is limited for me because I recently blew out two ligaments in my right foot and surgery is needed. I figure, on the bright side, this is a great time to get my…

I work as a swim instructor so I stick to sports bras and tank tops with the built in bra to add extra support. It holds the twins. They have not gotten smaller even after losing 21 lb out of 40ish lb. I hope that they don't go away. I will miss them. The only thing that has gone down is I went from a 40D to a 38D.

I have lost 21 lb since July 2014. I have 19 lb to go.

My name is Kaylan. I live in Lacey, Wa. I just started riding my bicycle again due to years of knee injuries. I figured this would be a great way to motivate me to get my knees stronger and get back into shape. I have always been on the bigger side of the weight scale. I am excited to start this challenge.

I will do 60 please

I am ready to ride.
