You still need carbs in your life, good carbs. Set your proteins at 50%, fats 30%, carbs 20%. Makesure you are doing some sort of exercise min 2 times per week for at least 30 min to burn body fat. I had found a fitness journey photo from 2013 when I was 220ish (higher wish) lbs and decided to take one for 2017 at 169 lbs. Oh my goodness can you see a difference. I felt so proud of myself. My weight lose journey is not over yet, those little milestones meen the world.
