There are cheese and yogurt alternatives, which are pretty tasty. Those were my biggest and most favorite items. It was hard but when I look at myself and the progress so far, it was worth it.

You can also talk to your doctor. If you are just starting out with Clean eating I would suggest ask to ask them for blood work pannel so that you have a basis of where your cholesterol levels are and such. Talk to them about what information to look for and what to avoid. See if they have any local dietitians that you can…

I use all natural local honey and coconut milk. Coconut milk is thick like cream, so you don't need very much and it has a natural sweetness taste to it. It took me a while to switch over, but it helps.

Always have a water bottle around instead of snacks. Infuse the water with fruits and or veggies. When you feel stress drink up and it will help curb that stress eating. Another thing you can do is focus on your breathing, when we are stressed out breathing becomes rapid, inhale for count of 5, hold for 3, exhale for 7.…

I over ate last night. Made loaded nachos Paleo friendly, GF, Lactose Free, Sugar Free. Dang they were good. I make my own taco seasoning, with ground chicken or lean ground beef. Mmmmmm...... Used banana chips in stead of corn chips. It adds a tropical flavor almost, like the mango salsa from Costco. Black olives, with…

If you are on the verge of diabetes you should talk to your doctor about getting a referral to a diabetes nutritionist. They will be able to help figure out a diet plan that will assist in the prevention of the disease.

One of the ladies I go to school with used the child size plates to help her with portion control. I know it is not fine china, but it helps with portions when it comes to the holidays.

When I smile I have my dimples back. It has been years since they have been visible. Well they are back to stay. My neck and collar bone are becoming more defined. Never had that before. My size 14 jeans no longer fit. My size 12s do, again. My school scrub pants always fit abit tight around the crotch area, not anymore.…

I do the same thing. It has become part of my Sunday. Usually done before or after the football game, depending on the time of the game. Lol. Usually leftover dinner becomes the next days lunch or dinner repenting how I write it out. It also helps you budget for food.

We are going over to my significant other's family for thanksgiving. They are gluten free, lactose free, and no GMOs and MSGs. So safe to say it is Paleo friendly. I just need to watch my potion control.

You will more often lose inches before pounds. Weird but it's true. Keep up the great work!!
