A BFP (big fat positive) on a home pregnancy test!! Woo-hoo!!!!! Baby makes 5! :)

I'm in the camp that I believe you should take a multi-vitamin - even with a clean diet. As another poster said, alot is lost from farm to table (unfortunately) Watch the documentary (free on Neftlix) "Food Matters". It talks alot about vitamin supplements and how safe they are and how much misleading information is out…

Do some pull-ups at 9 months pregnant (which will be in August) - I can barely do one pull-up now - better keep up with it!

This is me also. Morning, after morning workout (goodbye another 0.5-1 lbs!) and evening. I like to track all 3 just to see how things are going throughout the day. But I DON'T obssess over the numbers. I'm just somewhat of a data analyst I guess. I like lots and lots of data!!!!!! :)

Definitely FIT - I  muscles!!!!!

I love to make chicken fajitas. Sautee chicken strips in coconut oil (olive oil does not do well at high heat) with fajita seasoning, onion and bellpepper Put in a whole wheat tortilla with a little cheese, salsa, and black beans Lots of fiber and protein - fills you up and is so delicious!!!! Quick and easy too!

Awesome! :)

We try to give the same number of gifts (kids are 4 and 2) but when they get older, we will spend same amount on each child. Don't sweat it at 1 years old, your child will be excited with everything else going on. :) Also, my 1 year old loved books - if this helps. If walking, they also love things like baby doll strollers…

My four year old hands me a piece of paper with scribbles on it. "Here Mom, I wrote you a letter." "Aw, thanks. What does it say?" She shrugs. "I don't know. I don't know how to read yet."

The My Little Pony Dream Castle... sigh....

Clean eating, heavy weights, lots of water. I have 2 kids and the beginnings of my six pack just showed up at 17% body fat. :) You can do it! Currently working my way towards 15% body fat, to chisel them out a little further.

Ok, I'm going to attempt to answer the "lose fat" part of this thread and just gnaw on my fists and bang my head against the wall and try not to read the earlier hotly debated "starvation mode" posts - I'll keep THAT opinion to myself - until asked... Anyway, to burn fat and maintain muscle - I recommend the…

Nothing happens. MFP is very discreet, so it's easy to break-up with people. It doesn't even notify people if you later delete them. (though a friend busted me once!)

Exercise while you watch TV. :) No seriously. You'll get your exercise done, be entertained while it's being done, you'll burn calories, and suppress your appetite. Plus it's hard to eat ice cream when you're pumping iron or running on an elliptical? No equipment? Try this: During commercial breaks do exercises as many as…

Saving - thanks!

And some studies have shown that long-term soda consumption is a major contributor to an unhappy pancreas!

It took me a little over 2.5 years to lose 50 lbs.... that's pretty slow. :) But I still got there.

You've gotten great advice already. Make sure you check with your pediatrician too - maybe your baby is colicky? I HIGHLY recommend a product called "the miracle blanket" - it's a swaddle blanket (looks more like a baby straight jacket) that they can't bust out of and you can use it until about 4 months old. Also, until 4…

Like others said, it won't be pretty, but yes. I log ALL my days. Check out Thanksgiving on my diary! LOL! As long as you get back on track the next day, it doesn't hurt.

Find what motivates you - it's different for everyone - and write it down. Post it on a mirror or something. For me, I want to keep my joints healthy, not damage my cardiovascular system, keep my organs in optimal health for as long as possible, etc... Then you just focus on one. day. at. a. time. If you look too far down…

I'm sometimes a bit put off when someone warns me not to get too thin. I'm very close to my goal. I usually just say I'm trying to be healthy and lean up and I try not to worry too much after that. It's not their business and I know I'm gonna rock it when that six pack shows up!

Water, clean eating> fiber, protein, and strength training (in a nut shell)

I try to keep my priorities straight: Husband first, then kids, then job (I'm a veterinarian). Actually God above everything, but ChristWifeMomDVM was getting very long....

Thank you everyone! You've really opened my eyes to even MORE places we have to watch for soy. Going to have to educate the family next! Thanks again!

I weigh morning and evenings (I know it's a bit OCD) but I try to log only my Friday morning weight each week on MFP. HOWEVER, I sometimes cheat a little. If I drop weight by Thursday, sometimes I'll post it a day early and if I don't lose by Friday, I'll sometimes wait and see if Saturday yields better results. I only log…

I never eat yogurt - though I tried to eat chobani plain back when I was a newbie - just couldn't make it taste good no matter what I mixed it with. I've done fine without. I eat lots of fish, turkey, and chicken to get my protein. :)

Where did you go? ;) (great job!!!!)
