No. Don't do this. You take resources away from the people who actually PAID for the race. They hire security and medics for these races, and they hire the amount required to cover the people who actually paid.

This happens daily. It's surprising how many people don't understand the meaning of the word Rude. Telling you what you don't want to hear does not equal rude. It's telling you what you don't want to hear. And OP - telling people to shut the **** up. That actually *was* rude.

my only thoughts on this, is that I think artificial sweeteners taste gross, so I just use the real thing, but less of it.

You will bloat less if you regularly get enough fluids. I prefer water for this. High sodium foods can cause bloat, but it will go away when you get enough fluids to flush out the excess salt. I don't have anything else to offer, as I seem to just get the 'average' amount of bloating.

And mention that a lot of guys are hitting on you at the gym, so you really need him to have a presence there.
