  • I'm over 50 so losing weight is really hard. Current stats 5'3" 139lbs. I workout a lot and count calories but can't seem to lose. My goals: workout 5-6 times a week and burn 4000 to 5000 calories a week, remain under my calorie goal each day and HOPEFULLY lose 6 without/ minimal muscle loss. This should be possible.
