Yes, motivation is good! I am an RN in a nursing home and do credit some recent weight gain to DELICIOUS dishes our kitchen makes-- designed to keep weight on our aging residents!! lol

I am only 25, but was very overweight my entire childhood. At about 21 I got a very busy schedule and dropped 40+ pounds, not intentionally, and looked great!! Not keeping track of calories now that I have a more sendentary job means that the weight went on like NOTHING. I mean, really, even as a nurse it still amazes me…
