I have a polar ft40 and my husband has the polar ft7. we like them both. they give u a more accurate look at the calories ur burning:)

I have a heart rate monitor that tracks my calories burned for me. I'll try both ways, on Weight Watchers I usually ate my exercise calories and did well. We'll see! Thanks everyone!

Hi, I have a treadmill, a spin bike, something similar to your York system. Maybe you should start with Couch to 5K on your treadmill a few days a week then mix it up with your elliptical and York system. If you can do the elliptical for 20 to 30 minutes, that would get you started. I use a lot of work out videos like…
