haha alright, well according to fat 2 fit I should be consuming 2581 (well 2281 to lose weight) calories a day.. That just seems a little much. Age : 17 Sex : Male Height : 73.2in (6ft 1in) Current: 171lbs Goal: 160lbs Fat: 14.4%

Oh thanks for the info :) I got 1600 because I heard a lot about just multiplying your goal by 10. So, I want to get 160lbs so 160x10=1600. Is this not a good way?
