I do 1 light leg day at gym focus only on exercises where I have support no squats as tends to aggravate focus on upper body

Stretching! After workouts lighten up on legs and choose less impact cardio like elliptical

I go at 7pm not a morning person so before work is out of question ..... it is determination and guilt that drives me! And I feel great afterwards

I have recent read articles of professional bodybuilders who follow the month long process yet "flip" there schedules to accommodate u could try this (know u issue with mom but perhaps a compromise?) Just a suggestion Hope all works out well

Everytime go to gym find amusement in the 5 lbs fluctuate daily throughout a weeks time I record on Mondays though .
