Lately I've been burning 400-900calories a day from working out to a 60min-95min cardio class from turbo Fire. So I try to intake 1400-1750calories a day to keep my body energetic and strong. Along with drinking 10+glasses of water a day. You guys are welcome to add me too! :)

The healthy version of losing weight is 1lb a week, calorie intake 1200-1500/day for ladies. 5meals a day; 3meals & two snacks, 8bottles of water or more.
