What a great idea! SW: (175) CW: (166) GW: (160 Weigh in Dates: 5/1 5/8 5/15 5/22 5/28 End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) I joined MFP not knowing it would help me change the way I feel about myself and food! Good luck to all of you!
