Yeah I'm thinking it may be. I do weigh myself the same time of day (first thing in the am before I eat but after going to the bathroom) and my room has laminate flooring so the scale is on a nice flat surface.

Congrats! I too hate my scale and think it plays tricks on me. I need to take some "before" pictures and start tracking progress that way, and I need a tape measure to start doing measurements. After all, muscle is denser than fat, right? So as you lose fat and exchange it for lean muscle mass you may not drop any weight…

I agree! Cardio is pretty boring, but it is easy to get in via a short walk. When I am motivated to get to the Gym, I much rather do strength training.

Strength training is awesome because you burn calories even when at rest! You look great by the way!

Sure looking hot would be a bonus to feeling more fit, having more variety of clothing options, etc......

Hello! I am actually new to the Myfitnesspal site and app for my phone. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and also invested in the Body Media Link to track my caloric output. All in all I have lost about 2 pounds at some point. However, the last few times I got on a scale, i was back up a bit so it hasn't gotten…
