Great job! Just look at your before pictures and you can see how far you've come! Success begets more success! You can do this, I know you have inspired me this morning! Thanks!

Great story, great job. I am sitting here reading the boards drinking my coffee and I was just thinking maybe I will skip my treadmill workout this morning, and now I am ready to put on my shoes and give it a go. Thanks for the motivation this morning, I really needed it!

I added you. Hope you are back at full speed before too long.

I read my Nook.

This is what my daughter does. My husband sees her outside sprinting back and forth and he says its her ADD coping mechanism...except I know what she's really doing. She's 15 and she listens to her ipod and makes up fantasy scenes that she takes part in. That's why sometimes she walks and will bust out in a sprint. Too…

Used to be a #10 combo at Taco Bell, I don't know what it is now because I don't even go there. It was a Grilled Stuffed Burrito with the side order of nachos and cheese...with a diet coke of course.:noway:

Fresh fruit...mash up a few strawberries and put on top. Then you don't have the added sugar either. Good luck.

Great job! Amazing results.

The only artificial sweetener I use is Splenda, all the others taste terrible to me and leave an aftertaste.

This post is just re-enforcing my need to hit the weights, and also how things can vary sooo much. I am 5'4", and I weight 142. I wear a pretty snug 8 Levi Skinny jean and also classic cut. I am seeing people with my same height and weight on this very post wearing a 2 & a 4. This is probably due to body composition, fat…

The progress pictures got cut off. :ohwell: And now I see them. You look great! Good job!

I started a squat challenge, and after the first day I was expecting that soreness in the back of my leg and glutes, what I got was incredible soreness in the front of my thigh. I looked it up and it seems I was not going deep enough into the squat. I have to have a chair behind me to give me a reality check. I had knee…

Don't overthink. That will overwhelm you even more. Just do the math and your body will sort itself out. Calories in - calories out = deficit. And you already sound like you have the physical activity down. Just move...on purpose. Then do a little more of that tomorrow. You got this! :flowerforyou:

I have the one and I love it...I like the display, and I have seen too many breakage issues to want a flex. I am glad I am impatient cause I was waiting for the flex to come out to switch from Body Media Fit and I didn't want to wait any longer to switch and bought a one. LOVE IT.

I still have 20 pounds to lose, but my mother, who I have helped with Bodybugg, fitbit, doing her mealplans for her (Iam a nutritionist), and encouraging her in every way possible tells me that I'm too skinny and I don't need to lose weight...because I'm smaller than her and she isn't losing. Then she follows that up with…

My husband does this. I have a degree in Nutrition and can watch my diet pretty well, but although he isn't very active he still has a lot more muscle mass than I do. So he is trying to lose weight and (I'm the one who did his numbers), he can eat 2200 calories a day and lose weight without excercising and I feel like a…

Great post, very inspiring, and tear jerking as well. This is a great motivator for a lot of people (me included once I get medically cleared to run instead of walk) who feel like a total dufus out there the first day of getting back to running or just getting into it. Knowing that people are cheering you on for keeping at…

Purse, new tattoos, getting my hair done, new shoes, books for my Nook, music for my Ipod, an afternoon of doing nothing, There are many good things in this forum. Pedicure is also a great one.

I've been on Depo for 16 years on and off, mostly on. I love it and have never had a minutes problem with it, but most of the people I know who are close to me (cousins, sister, friends, daughter) who have taken it have had some pretty weird stuff going on, such as huge weight gain, depression, bleeding, all sorts of…

None. Tuesday is $1 scoop day for a kids scoop (2.5 ounce) at Baskin Robbins. My daughter and I walk a mile to get it, sit and enjoy it and walk the mile home. We have to work for it if we want it
