You can go to the Exercise log, and it will show UP Calorie Adjustment. Click on the little i in the blue circle, and it will show you the results. I'm apparently not moving enough, though, because mine is always zero! Even when I do an hour of strength training and 45 minutes of walking!

I did WW a few years ago and lost 50 lbs. I quit thinking I would lose the last 35 lbs on my own. I managed to maintain, but my weight didn't go down. So I am doing WW again. I am just starting WW again. I lost about 50 pounds with it a few years ago. I loved it, but it was a little expensive so I decided to try it on my own. I have maintained since, but I haven't been able to lose my last 35 I want. So I'm giving it another go!

I see my personal trainer twice a week for an hour, and I can see results. I'm toning more than I was just doing cardio so I would think (although I'm no expert) that twice a week would be enough!

I am working on Week 3. I've done it for about two weeks now. I'm thinking next week, I will try moving up to week 4!

I've been doing this off and on for about a year. I got up to week 5 once but my running partner hurt her ankle, and I wasn't motivated to keep up by myself. I'm starting again tonight. I am starting on Week 3 so hopefully I will be able to do it. :happy:
