Also, my friend Sam RAVES about those M&S Fuller for Longer meals. Try copying those - the protien mix keeps you fuller and they're lower cal.

I'm an Innocent Veg Pot girl. Which I top up with Veg. I went through a stage of buying veg packs from the supermarket and eating those for lunch. I was super full as there was about thre epersons worth of veg but so few calories.

That really doesn't answer my question. I am not talking about water to be consumed - I just would like an idea of a 'good' percentage water for a person i.e. the fat/water/muscle ratio.

I'm 5lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight and I still can't get into any of my pre-baby clothes. I am wearing things now I bought when I was 20 weeks pregnant :-( My son is 13 months.

I used to burn close to 800 an hour on the cross trainer (this was measured through my heart rate monitor. My heart rate monitor in Zumba suggested I would burn around 500 calories an hour. I think MFP grossly overestimates calories burned. But I suppose weight does come into it i.e. the heavier you are the more you burn.
