  • Have you ever tried Arctic Zero? Coffee and Vanilla are my favorite flavors. Just put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and you can eat the whole pint and totally feel like you're pigging out, but it's only 150 cals! I totally feel you on the sweet tooth thing.....i am the same way!
  • You should try Arctic Zero. The entire pint is 150 cals. The coffee flavor is my favorite. Just heat it in the microwave about 30 seconds, so it's soft. You can find it with the ice cream. Helps me out a lot!

  • Hey! I would say to set it to moderate, seeing as how you workout 3-5 days a week, and some of those days for 50 minutes. If you do this, I don't think there's a need to enter in your exercise into MFP, since it's already calculating for your exercise. Hope this helps.
  • I would say, even if you are afraid, increase your calories! I really wish someone would have pounded this into my head earlier. Under-eating (which you are doing) ONLY leads to bad results. The perfectionist in us all wants to stay around 1200 because that's the lowest goal we can do and so it must be the best one, right?…
