I like stir-fries. 2 tsp. dry sherry 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. cornstarch marinate for 10 minutes and stir-fry. I add tien tsin chili pepper seeds while cooking to heat it up.

I have the fitbit Ultra (the old model that was replaced by the Fitbit One). I really like it - it's nice to be able to set a firm number goal for something like steps taken, and be able to check on how you're doing as the day progresses. I clip it to my bra; it's very unobtrusive and doesn't irritate my skin or anything.
