I lost about 40lbs last summer using MFP and not working out. I rejoined this year, but I'm working out a LOT now. I feel so much better, and I'm hoping to lose weight and tone, instead of lose and be flabby.

I don't know if it's true, but I drink lemon water all day long because it's damn tasty. It's certainly helped me drink loads more than I would if it was just plain old water.

It's from nerve compression, so try taking an anti-inflammatory prior to exercising. Also, the 30DS might be too hard on your nerves and joints, so why not try something low-resistance, like swimming or yoga, combined with some free weights.

I'm a big fan of coconut milk, but it's a matter of preference and what's best for YOUR body. If I drank cow's milk, I'd be sick as a dog, so none of that for me!

I love eggs! I make a 2 egg white, 1 whole egg omelet almost every morning. Or a nice light quiche? So delicious. I make them in cupcake tins and eat them on the go throughout the week.
