OOOH, yeah, I love the Reeses one, too! The Hostess 100 cal muffins are pretty good, too, but I've found the Smart Portion blueberry to be better. Its only one muffin, but its a decent size, is moist and yummy, whole wheat, and is only 80 cals. I think the actual brand is Uncle Wally's.

I think it takes about 2 weeks of not working out before your muscles start to atrophy. And you may lose a little weight, or, as was already pointed out, should at least maintain. Happy Healthy Livin :happy:

I love Kashi TLC bars, and they are very satisfying. Even Nature Valley's chewy trail mix bars will work, although they do have a touch of corn syrup. OK, so not trying to ruin any fun, but I thought I'd google it to see if I could answer your question...Seems like a 2-3 oz piece of cake ( guess that's a smallish one...) runs around 300 cals, 15 gm fat, and 35-40gm carbs.
