Hello Fresh was amazing but the calories are pretty high. The portions are large too, though, so I was splitting each meal into 3 servings or so. I would get three meals which ended up being like 9 servings each box, but you can also do 2 meals per box. About $60 with no discount.

Yogi brand Blueberry Slim Life--I put one bag in my room temp or chilled bottle of water and it tastes like blueberry deliciousness. The color wierds people out, too.

I was the same way! I started trying to follow the c25k and found it to move too slow for me. So I adjusted it to fit my needs. My two cents is to train for 3.5 miles instead of a 5k or even try to do 4 miles, and keep record of it so you can see your progress. That way when you're thinking "There's no way I can do this…

Sweet tea ftw! I drank Dr. Pepper since I was 5 but hated the taste it would leave in my mouth, though not as much as I hated plain water.
