I'm going to say that more than half of us will lose some amount of weight.....maybe not all we are trying to lose. Started off the day right with a good workout at the gym. Followed up with an hour long hike with husband and our two dogs. Lots of hills...not used to that...so a good workout. My advice is to take advantage of a sunny day and get out there and take a walk in a park or a hike somewhere. When you get to a spot that is particularly inviting, stop and take stock of what is around you. Check out the plants and the wildlife (or dogs).
