  • I've only been at this 6 weeks and have had the same problem. I keep some low calorie snacks around, like 5-6 small pretzels, Celery, apples around. Try to keep things I really enjiy, like dove chocolate, mini snickers out of the house. I also try to eat small amounts ferquently ( 3 -4 time a day) because I get hungry.…
