  • So it turns out that my scale was screwing my numbers up...I went to the doc. back on April 26th and was 207. I went back today and my weight is 202. So I actually lost 5 pounds and not just 4 well my ticker for my profile is off. Gonna adjust it.

  • Hi everyone! Just checking in...finally got a massage so I am way better for exercise. Didn't realize how aches and pain affects us whether work or being able to exercise. Glad we merged. Being busy helps me to eat less. Staying sane is the hard part. Lol Thanks!

  • 4/7 aerobic exercise Did squats but not that many. I will challenge myself this week. Body is sore and I need a massage majorly. Still going to the chiropractor so I cannot do BodyPump yet so I been strengthening my core with ab workouts. Getting massage therapy this week...yay! Body feels old... ugh. : P 203 lbs.

  • Actually did zumba and it got rid of some of the phlegm and gets cirulation going. Thanks for the post of being able to exercise with nothing below the neck. Everyone's advice is different. lol.
  • Thanks! I have an endocrinoligist and they love this program. I got busted for my food choices lol. Had to get more veggies to fill half my plate. Unlimited greens so I am trying to fill up with greens. Costco is my new friend for this. $6 for a bunch of butter lettuce :) I can eat 1/2 a bunch in a sitting.
