I would recommend getting a heart rate monitor. Wear that during the day and that would give you the most accurate amount of calories your burning. It is a great investment. Good luck!

I find they are not very accurate. So I bought a heart rate monitor and wear that whenever I exercise and it seems to be the most accurate. Great investment!!!

I am a stay at home mom of Three boy's. I exercise every morning at 4:30 before my husband goes to work. I go to a local gym and I love it. It's early but i feel so much better after I have exercised. I feel like my day can begin. How about you what ar you able to do?

Hello, I work out every morning at 4:30. I actually go to a gym. I get up at 3:50. Pretty crazy I know. I work out for 1hr and half. Then I come home and can start my day. I have three children so this is the only time I can go. I hate working out at night. So I go before my husband leaves for work. Keep up the good work.

I exercise the same way. Six days a week and I wear a heart rate monitor and I burn the same amount. I do make sure I eat those lost calories as well because your body will go in Starvation mode. I have the same calorie goal as well. I exercise 6 days a week so mine calories are going to be higher. I eat egg whites with broccoli, tomato and onion. Or any kid of veggies. I have a couple of slices of turkey bacon and a piece of low carb whole wheat bread. With spray butter. Or oatmeal with a grapefruit. Lunch will be…

I bought a heart rate monitor and I wear that when I do my exercise. It seems to be the most accurate. I noticed the machines aren't accurate at all. Good investment to get though. Good luck!!!
