  • Hello, I eat all of those things because for me it is all about convience. I have added more veges and fruit to my diet. i eat the 100 calorie packs and lean cuisine. Like you said with the salt in there you might want to limit those per week. Maybe make a sandwich. Take a look at my diary and see maybe there might be…

Or I do a circuit where I will run as fast as I can for a .25 mile. Then I will do 25 jumping jacks, 25 sit ups, and then 25 pushups then continue doing .25 mile on treadmill and then do the…

That should be all the motivation you should need. Why not work hard and be happy with yourself???? Don't give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Heart rate monitor is a great investment. Polar F6.
  • Best investment. I wear mine whenever I exercise. I burn between 7 and 800 cal in a workout. I found the machines at the gym are not accurate at all. I have a polar f6 that was 99.00 and I also have a sportliner. It is so worth it. I like to know what exactly I am burning and this tells you. Good luck.

  • Have the same problem. Was the shoes. Went to a good sneaker shop and they measured and watched me run and walk and fitted me for the right shoe for my foot. Not cheap for the sneakers. Worth it to not have the numbness. Good luck.
  • It's hard to find that right time. Once you get into a routine it gets easier. I get up every morning at 3:45 and go to the gym at 4:15 and work out until 6 when my husband has to leave for work. I have three kids and they all have different things going on so for me it is easier to get up early and do it. Then I can get…

  • I get up at 4:00am ever ymorning and exercise until 6. I get home in time for my husband to go to work. I have three boys all under the age of 7. So this is the only time I can go. Granted I am tired some days but so worth it. Good luck.
  • I am in the same boat. I have lost inches though. Check that and maybe you have lost inches rather then weight. I was told to be patient and that is what I am doing. Good luck
  • That is all I have before my workout. Have no trouble with it. I workout at 4:30 in the morning so That is way to early to eat anything. So coffee works for me.
  • I am a stay at home mom to of three boys. 7,4, and 2. My husband works long days as well. I go to a gym at 4:30 every morning before he leaves for work. It is hard some days but so worth it just to get out and do something for myself.
