Have you worked out today?

Neither have I. That is why I'm getting off to go play Zumba for the kinect. I challenge anyone who has not done a work out today to get up and spend at least 10 minutes burning some calories. And if you have worked out today another 10 minutes or even just a few reps with your weights won't hurt! Let me know how it goes!

    yup.... just finished. 55 minutes of road cycling, 20 minutes on the stairmaster & 15 minutes cooling down on the recumbant. I'm done for the day! YIppee.

    (did I mention that I rode my bike to work in a snowstorm this morning?)

    I did this morning. I did 35 minutes of strength training and 25 minutes of HIIT.

    I worked out twice..did 60 min on the elliptical...1 hour weights chest/shoulder/triceps...and 50 min elliptical

    used my elliptical for 18 minutes. i know it's not a lot compared to what else is on this thread, but it is better than nothing and more than i did last time!
