And there's nothing wrong with some old school jumping jacks, lunges and squats using body weight. It really doesn't matter what you do the secret is commitment and consistency.

To all the BBL haters- what works for some wont necessarily work for everyone but as a tall girl who had a booty to begin with the program definitely worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in all the right places using the dvds, they're really fun and kept me motivated .

I was in a similar situation.....bought the brazil butt lift dvds and all i can say is wow! I' m a tall girl 5'8 and at my goal weight of 133 and get compliments on my butt ALL THE TIME! No joke, seroiusly buy them. You wont be sorry ;)

Give us nurses a break unless you are one people have no idea what we have to deal with! Yes its totally hypocritical as is overweight nurses, nurses who excessively drink, etc but remember we have to deal with you people every day ( or in my case night)
