same that has been working for last 30 days. 10,000 steps a day plus eating my fresh n lean ordered meals for lunch and dinner. down 14 over my first 30 days. don't put any restrictions on what I can or can't eat and drink. Just mindful that I want my net calories to be under 1850. easy peasy... its just math. best of luck…
