  • I log them all. I would definitely log ketchup, as it is high in sugar and sodium.
  • I have a bunch of Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" videos and love them. You don't need much as far as extra equipment and they are easy to follow. Only 4 basic steps and come many lengths from 1 mile to 5 miles. You can either get the DVD's or download from the Walk Away the Pounds website.
