  • Oh on the fiber drink. I had no issues with it. 4 ounces of orange juice & 4 ounces of water, mix the pack of fiber and guzzle it LOL. Taste like a very pulpy orange juice if you do that. Make sure to follow it with a lot of water. I'm trying to drink at least a gallon a day.
