I'm thinking 140. I've never been under high 150s since I was like 10. LOL I was beginning to like myself at 158 four years ago, so 20 pounds off of that would be ideal. I'm currently 229, so at this point I'd take my weight from a few years ago.

I'm more like high 180s right now, have been working out about 13 years with a few slow periods. Though I rarely run right now I could run 10 miles in an hour 45 minutes around 180 pounds a year and a half ago. Right now it's more like 4 miles in 50 minutes.

I like to stick with 8 exercises, 3-4 sets each, bars, dumbbells, and cables only. I don't do cardio machines, instead I do a minute of cardio after each exercise. This takes from one hour to an hour twenty mins max.

Jog on the treadmills for 30 mins, then 12 rounds of 40 sec jump rope with 40 sec either plank variations, push ups, squats, or lunge.

Yes, I'm planning on getting them too. I need to lose 50 pounds. I may get them after 25-30 pounds lost because of the timing, I'm a student and need recovery time, plus I'm in a wedding in September, I want to have the surgery end of March.
