I just made these over the weekend and mine wound up making 30 cookies, i used the smallest scoop from pampered chef. And i to used the chocolate chips---equals 24 calories a cookie and they are soo, soo yummy!!!

Thanks for pointing out the obvious, I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT RED POTATOES!! I love them....hmm, definately be changing that up!

I have been trying to ensure i eat as much protein as i possibly can, and i did just use the standard settings for my intakes....right now i have started with walking alot, and little steps like not taking the elevator at work anymore, parking further away, going the long way around....i have started having "mini races"…

my goal is to not eat out more than once a week, but low and behold my fiancee had different plans this week...i did look up the menus of the restaurants beforehand and picked what i thought was best suited by calories/fat content but you are soo right about the sodium...i am def trying to find ways to cut down…

Even though it was only one per day, i went ahead and ditched the soda, now just 1 (very rarely 2 coffees) and the rest water all day everyday, which is great cause i absolutely do love water.....5 pounds down a lifetime to go ;-)

I agree Lisa was the best looking at home contestant, and alot of them did look similar to how they looked when they left the ranch...but there were still some major wows, even with the kids! love the biggest loser, it should be on all year long!
