I did it for 10 days straight and my knees were killing me. I lost inches but not weight. This was years ago. It's gathering dust. Julian has some killer work outs but her voice annoys me.

Squats with a clean and press. You can do this anywhere. You'll need dumb bells.

Jessica Smith Boot Camp DVD, its divided into 10 minute workouts, the full body workout includes weights.

It's working for me. Lost 13lbs. I have it adjusted to lose a pound a week. Watching what I eat, logging it and working out 5-6 days a week. Doing it the way it should be done because I do not plan on gaining it back. Working on losing another 10lbs.

Not a slave to the scale, it's only one indicator of what's going on. I try on my "target outfits" they tell me everything I need to know. Scale is secondary IMO.
