First day back from vacation and first day back to work. I didn't gain over my vacation but I didn't lose anything either. I would really love to lose 10lbs this month, but I'll be happy with 5lbs. CW: 364.8 GW: 354.8

Welcome. I started at 403.8 and am down to 367 now in just over 16 weeks. It's completely possible to lose this large amount of weight, there are quite a few success stories in that forum. :-) One day at a time, one pound at a time. I added you as a friend here on MFP so we can both support each other!

My goal weight by the BMI chart to be "normal" would be 150lbs at the high end for my height (5'7). I've lost 34.6lbs since I started March 17, and have 219 lbs to go.
