Hi to all! I'm new here and on my 3rd SL5X5 workout. I'm on week 5 of a 5K training program, now Stronglifts, and I'm in a low carb challenge on FB. Excited about having a SL resource for women, since all the information I've seen is definitely geared toward the "bros".

Thank you for this! I just started SL5x5 with the app (tonight will be my 3rd workout), and was wondering how in the world I could keep going up 5 pounds each workout. I really am enjoying it! Glad to join you ladies!:smile:

Michonne was a beast! Too bad we didn't get to see our guy & his crossbow :-( Next week for sure! Last week I spent some time with the flu, but managed to get in 90 minutes of cardio & 60 of strength. Feelin' back up to zombie-killing speed now. Today I ran 2 miles & did some Pilates.

I'm on day 2 of Atkins 72, but I've been on the <20 net carbs plan since Jan. 2nd. Feelin' good- it's hard to get hungry!!

Hi to my fellow TWD fans! I watch the show with my 2 teenage boys, who differed in opinion on whose team I should join. One was Carl, the other was for Michonne, but ultimately, how could I NOT pick Daryl? I'm excited about the challenge and getting fit & lean in 2014! Good luck to everyone!
