  • Try frozen blueberries or cherries. I also add a tbsp of peanut butter! Yum and good for you!

  • I did not mention that I have 33 pounds to lose. My exercise of choice is walking at home, my stationary bike and also swimming twice a week at the local YMCA. However right not I cannot walk let alone exercise. Feeling discouraged any ideas or treatments that have worked for you would be great to read!:smile:

  • I am counting calories and doing some type of card six times a week. I usually do about 45mins. I either walk, swim or ride my bike. Although the only exercise I enjoy is swimming! :)

  • Try acne clear at drug store or walmart. It is a little cheaper than proactive and works great!
