I always make this Giada recipe...You roast red and yellow peppers, zucchini, onions and yellow squash in the oven with some olive oil, salt and pepper drizzled on it...You can make some homemade marinara or make your own(its so easy)...Make some pasta on the side(very al dente)....Mix warm marinara and roasted vegetables…

Its normal for weight loss to kind of plateau sometimes...What kinds of exercising are you doing? I would recommend switching it up a lot to "confuse" your muscles....I have a couple of friends that are personal trainers that recommended doing that..Good luck :)

I'm a big wino...LOL...Wine is pretty low in calories...Try vodka soda or bacardi & diet...If you're only getting drunk one day it shouldn't put on any weight, just work it off a couple days later :)

Try to eat more protein for dinner so it keeps you fuller for longer....I found hot green tea helps curb my appetite as well...If I know I don't have any more calories left I'll do that..If I do I'll have a small snack...Last night was the perfect example I drank two glasses of water and a bowl of strawberries :)

I haven't ran in over a month...I have a foot injury right now, they're thinking its plantar faciitis...Its awful..I miss running....I can help you with running techniques though...I had never ran before in my life and I trained for 8 k in 3 months!

I count my walking at work as calories..I'm a server and I'm speed walking at least three hours a shift...it earns me a glass of wine each night :)

I lost fourty pounds off WW after I had my son :) I loved it... But I love MFP much more....Although WW has an online site, its pretty much the same...WW's meals are full of sodium and yucky stuff..I would much rather try clean eating at home :)
