Totally agree. I didn't dwell on it with him b/c he truly doesn't know any better. We're good! And to be perfectly honest... yes. The fitness instructor is very intimidating. She's the wife of a dear friend of myself and my husband. I'm dealing with my own insecurities here! Thanks for the words!

Thanks all. He's obsessed with that show "Peppa Pig" (if you have young children who watch Nick Jr. that makes sense), so everything is a 'pig' to him. But it stung!!!

Someone on this board gave me great advice when I had the same sugar concern. All of my sugars came from fruits and I refuse to believe that eating fruit is "bad" for you. I stopped tracking my fruit and switched my settings to fiber. I lack in fiber most of the time and this keeps me very aware of that fact!

Thanks for your response! I'm going to work off their "healthy options" menu and hope it is legit. I would LOVE to have my cheat day today, but going into Memorial Day Weekend --- may have to hold off on that. Thanks again!

Thank you SO much! I didn't know you could change that setting and I tool your advice and changed it to fiber. I think that makes more sense to me because my sugars come from fruit for sure. Hopefully I stick with it this time!
